BNJ is a progressive entertainment company founded in May 2022

by Kijae Kim (K-Jay) and Toranin Kiatichi (Ben), combining global K-pop

expertise with deep insight into the markets of Thailand and Southeast Asia.

K-Jay brings over 15 years of experience in K-Pop artist management, including

his role as Managing Director at JYP Entertainment, one of Korea's Big 4 K-Pop

labels. During eight years leading JYP's Southeast Asia operations from Thialand,

he built strong relationships with major Korean labels and artists while developing

a deep understanding of the region's markets and culture.

Toranin Kiatichai (Ben) adds extensive local industry experience and a strong

network of promoters, brands and media partners, ensuring effective localization

and seamless project execution.

Supported by a team of former JYP Thailand professionals, BNJ has grown into

a trusted partner bridging global intellectual property with local markets.

LEADERSHIP

Over 15 years in K-Pop artist management as Managing Director at JYP Entertainment, One of the big4 K-Pop Label. He has extensive network and close relationship with Korean Music Labels and K-Pop artists. He spent over 8 years leading the JYP business in South East Asia based in Thailand and is well-versed on Thai cultural sensitivities.
